My passion for supporting individuals struggling with mental health challenges, addiction, trauma, or crisis led me to pursue the path of becoming a therapist. In today’s busy and unpredictable world, it’s easy to lose touch with what’s most important to us and feel disconnected from our values and sense of self. Factors and events outside of our control can contribute to mental health struggles and addiction. I believe that rediscovering who we are at our core empowers us to use our values and unique strengths to navigate life’s highs and lows. I have training in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD/trauma, addiction, grief and loss, stress, life transitions, and related struggles.
