Hello! I'm a licensed therapist in the state of Minnesota - I received my Masters from the University of St. Thomas and have been practicing for 16 years. I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and their faith. I work with my clients to build a safe and supportive relationship so you can explore the patterns in your life and begin to feel more secure and connected. In our first session, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard and supported. We'll begin by finishing any assessment paperwork if you'd prefer to fill them out together, and then we'll talk about what brought you to therapy and explore your goals.
