As a relational therapist, I believe that our relationships are the cornerstone from which we heal, evolve, and discover ourselves. I prioritize a warm, curious, and collective exploration of how our familial and cultural backgrounds, friendships, and romantic connections impact how we each move through the world. While I primarily draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), internal family systems therapy (IFS), and attachment-based therapy, my work is client-centered above all else, tailored to your distinctive needs and goals.
