From a young age, we are influenced by systems that shape who we are and how we experience life. For many, those early influences include pain, loss, or trauma that leave lasting marks on how we see ourselves and the world. If you are a survivor of sexual assault, domestic violence, or other trauma and are feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, you are not alone. My role is to help you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your inner strength, and move toward healing at a pace that feels safe and empowering. My therapeutic style is rooted in empathy, curiosity, humor, and respect. I believe that, even in our most painful moments, we carry an innate capacity to heal. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and psychodynamic, helping you uncover the connections between past and present so you can begin to live with greater clarity, safety, and self-compassion.
