Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming. Regardless of where you are in your search, finding someone you trust and can be vulnerable with, someone who meets your needs is crucial. A key value for me as a therapist is building a strong connection with my clients so they can feel safe, engage in relationships, share and tolerate emotional pain, and ultimately process and heal. I was born and raised in New York City and moved to Los Angeles six years ago to earn my Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in EMDR, I utilize a depth-oriented approach grounded in Trauma-Informed Care, supported by mindfulness, self-compassion, and accountability.
