Hello, I’m Sarah, a CA LPCC who comes to this career through an intuitive seeking of truly understanding and embodying what it means to be “healed” on an emotional, psychological, and physical level. This journey of introspection began when I was 17, am now 53, continuing to refine and integrate what connects the body and mind vs what separates. It is my conceptualization that separation from self, fragmentations from the whole, is the root cause of dis-ease in body and mind, and by identifying these specific fragments, aka causes of suffering, there is an opportunity for true, lasting, restorative healing.
