Hello, I’m Dr. Sarah Barron, and I specialize in treating PTSD and trauma-related disorders. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I focus on evidence-based treatments to help each client meet their goals. While trauma is my area of expertise, I also enjoy working with individuals with OCD, depression, and other anxiety disorders. My goal is to teach new skills, help modify unhelpful patterns of thinking, and ultimately help individuals learn how to become their own therapist.
