I help you manage emotions, improve your thoughts, and establish healthy behaviors using a strengths-based approach. I believe in working as a team. I provide individual counseling to children, teens, and adults (using experience from community mental health and private settings) to help you achieve your goals. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and can provide Christian counseling upon request.
