I focus on creating a safe space for my clients, building a therapeutic relationship of trust and respect. Which can allow for the space that is needed for internal transformation. Anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, and addiction are the common struggles my clients face. My clients are usually exhausted by patterns of behaviors that no longer work and frustrated with the results of just surviving day to day.
