Sarah Benderoth (She/Hers or They/Them) is a psychotherapist who received her Clinical Master's Degree in Social Work at Baylor University. Sarah is certified in C-DBT, CCTP-II (Trauma Therapy II), and is currently working to obtain her CBT-C. Sarah primarily serves children to early adult populations with specialties in Play Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Family Dysfunction, Divorce, and Eating Disorders. Sarah has a passion for creating a judgment-free space that welcomes open communication and partnership towards treatment goals. Sarah specializes in eating disorders, trauma therapy, divorced families, LGBTQIA+, and anxiety/depression.
