Hello My name is Sarah and I really enjoy being a therapist. I have been a therapist for over 20 years and my favorite part of the experience is the gift of people sharing their stories with me. I consider that an honor and I truly appreciate, respect and learn from all of the people who I have worked with. My approach is tailored to each individual, using a "not one size fits all" model. I incorporate cbt, act, strengths based, solutions focused interventions as well as some somatic experiencing work.
