I work with adults and young children (birth - 5) using a warm, collaborative approach. My adult specialties include anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, parenting and bonding difficulties, NICU experiences, and abortion. I also value supporting single parents. I aim to foster growth by exploring past experiences, relationships and patterns within a secure therapeutic relationship. I'm committed to practice through an anti-oppressive stance and recognize that many internal struggles are reflective of systemic, sociopolitical issues.
