Many of my clients are young adults and adolescents working through trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety, or depression. They want a safe, affirming space to heal and grow. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, as I deeply value creating a space where they feel seen, understood, and empowered to achieve their goals. I specialize in helping young adults and adolescents navigate trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression. I create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, heal, and build resilience.
