I specialize in chronic pain, OCD, anxiety and complex trauma transforming psychosomatic conditions through the use of somatic therapy (Somatic Experiencing), evidence based practices (CBT, DBT) and IFS (internal Family Systems). Having overcome a chronic condition myself, I understand the complexities of psychosomatic conditions and dealing with our current, limited medical system. I am a member of the International Pelvic Pain Society and Dr. Lonnie Zeltzer's (UCLA) Creative Healing for Youth in Pain (CHYP).
