As a therapist, I am an attuned and experienced companion, guide and safety net in the sometimes difficult process of growth and healing. In a warm and supportive environment, I help my clients find their paths and work toward peace and balance. I have been practicing therapy for over 25 years, helping people understand themselves better and lead richer, healthier, more engaged lives. I have helped people with anxiety, depression, past trauma, life transitions, relationships, and family-of-origin issues.
