I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life. However, there are moments when having the support of a trained professional can provide clarity, guidance, and healing. I support individuals facing anxiety, stress, depression, and suicidal ideation. I help clients navigate life transitions, trauma, attachment wounds, and faith. I'm certified through GEIR and Natural Lifemanship Level 1, offering relational, somatic, and trauma-informed equine-assisted therapy.
