We all have moments when we need someone to come alongside us to guide us towards healing and growth. Finding the right therapist is important as you seek to take steps towards healing. I count it a great privilege to partner with my clients on this journey. I am equipped to work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational difficulties, trauma and spiritual issues. I specialized in trauma and am an EMDR certified therapist. EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) is a specialized form of treatment for trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment among many other issues. I am trained to work with clients who have experienced trauma, whether it be through upbringing or in current life situations.
