My name is Sarah Boyd, and I'm a licensed clinical therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, psychosis, serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), personality disorders, substance use, co-occurring disorders, and neurodivergence. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward lasting change. I hope that through a collaborative relationship, I can empower individuals to make positive changes toward their goals in an effort to improve their overall well-being.
