I enjoy helping people with anxiety, depression, people pleasing and low self-esteem by building up their self-worth. I use parts work, energy work, and somatic techniques to help people holistically heal. I work with all adult populations. In your first session we will explore what brings you to counseling, what you want to work on, and how I can help support and empower you on your journey. I offer phone and video sessions: $120 for 60 min $150 for 75 min $180 for 90 min
