I work with individuals, couples and families struggling with a variety of challenges including emotional disconnection, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss and life transitions. I am the parent of two young adults and I understand the challenges of parenting. I believe that change can only occur when a person feels safe and supported. I strive to create a trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients, where together we can process issues, find solutions and feel stronger emotional connections.
