I believe in the brilliance, authentic gifts and simple presence of every person. We are all whole and enough as we are. We use awareness in relationship of the body, mind, emotions, and, if it is right for you, spirit, with mindfulness, and curiosity, with other effective modalities, to find balance, increased resilience, support, hope and empowerment. What's held inside is given voice and expression in order to have more choices and a fuller experience of life. I believe in the value of small steps with support, and I hold a deep trusting container for understanding, compassion and transformation.
