It’s tough when things aren’t moving forward, and sometimes it feels like you'll never get out of the spot you are in. In our sessions, we'll go at your pace, building a relationship rooted in trust and understanding. My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe and unjudged—where you can explore your true feelings and discover new ways to interact with yourself.
