I have a very deep respect for your interest in seeking therapy. It is an honest and brave way to move towards growth. One of my favorite quotes is by Carl Jung: "who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes." Our sessions will be a collaborative exploration that we will embark on together. We will get to know your history, successes, struggles and hopes for the future. I have seen talk therapy be very helpful, but feel therapy can be transformative when we bring our full selves (bodies and our unconscious) into the room. I use Polyvagal Therapy, EFT/Tapping and IFS to help us access different aspects of ourselves.
