Do you avoid sharing your true feelings and hide who you really are? Do you cope with stress and burnout by checking out, burying your feelings or numbing yourself? Are you isolated, grieving, and disconnected? Are you confused about your purpose in life, who you are, or where you fit in the world? I am passionate about supporting young people to navigate issues of identity and transition, assisting people-pleasers and caretakers to live more authentically, and helping those who identify as highly-sensitive and neurodivergent cope with a world that isn’t designed for them.
