I have a background in mental health, special education and program development, with over 25 years of experience in the field. I specialize in anxiety, OCD and related disorders, comorbid ASD/OCD, learning disabilities, early childhood trauma, adoption, parenting, and family issues. I am dedicated to matching each client's diagnosis and profile with the most current research-based practices, ensuring their treatment is tailored to their specific needs. I am a social worker licensed in Massachusetts and Maine. I received my BA in Psychology from Middlebury College and my MSW from U.C. Berkeley. I was trained through the International OCD Foundation's Behavioral Training and Therapy Institute in Exposure and Response Prevention(ERP). I am also certified in Addictions Studies through Harvard Medical School.
