Everyone is on a journey of healing and growth, and I am honored to join you on yours. I use an eclectic therapeutic framework, primarily informed by Person-Centered, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, to tailor sessions to your individual needs. I have a grounded, collaborative, and strengths-based approach that supports you to achieve insight and positive change. Together, we focus on understanding and shifting the different parts of yourself and your life that may be causing problems, and help you access your inner resilience so you can thrive. I am a queer therapist, and I enjoy working with adults to address needs related LGBTQ+ issues, women’s issues, family/relationship dynamics, life transitions, and mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I also have extensive experience in providing support for trans and non-binary folx.
