Hi, and welcome! I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) (particularly college students) and specialize in the treatment of trauma-related conditions, depression, and anxiety. I offer a space for you to feel listened to, seen, and understood without judgment. While I have dedicated my practice to treating trauma, I know that you are the real expert on yourself and your experiences.
