You appear to have everything together, but they have no idea what you’re carrying on the inside. There is a constant voice in your head telling you that you’re not good enough, and if people really knew you, they’d reject you. You struggle with your mood and don’t know if you’ll ever feel better. You hide everything from the world because it’s too overwhelming to admit what’s really going on; maybe you don't feel like living anymore.
