Are you curious about your own inner world and what makes you who you are? I love stories, and to spend my hours with others as we make meaning from their stories is a profound joy. I've worked in many different mental health settings and have a wide array of experiences to draw from to support your progress in therapy. I love working with people who are curious about the human psyche and their own inner workings. We might explore how early experiences might in part shape your present-day life. Or we might be gathering the skills and tools just to get you through the day. My first goal is to truly listen and get to know you. As a marriage and family therapist, your relationships and how you function within them is an area special focus. I offer individual work on relationship issues as well as couples therapy.
