In my work as a therapist I practice primarily from a depth somatic psychotherapy approach. A somatic approach is about using the your awareness of your present moment lived experience. I use a psychodynamic and somatic methodology incorporating aspects of mindfulness, breath awareness, and expressive arts therapy.
