Hi, my name is Sarah Castaneda, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in a variety of settings including in-home, outpatient, and community-based agencies serving individuals and families across the lifespan. As a clinician I value faith, authenticity, collaboration, relationship building, and humor all of which I will incorporate into our sessions. I am a relational therapist who focuses on the whole person. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you are able to be your most authentic self.
