I'm Sarah and welcome to Discovering Balance Counseling Services! Life can be painful and difficult at times and my hope as a therapist is to be able to provide you with the validation to meet you where you are and support you into creating a life you want to live. I work with individuals 16 years old and up who are struggling with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, work or school issues, transitional life experiences, and general daily life struggles. I work with birthing and non birthing parents who are navigating pre and post natal life.
