Hi there, I’m Sarah! I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and people experiencing anxiety, depression, or simply feeling in need of extra support. My approach is mindfulness-based and collaborative. I help clients build awareness of the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while exploring practical coping strategies to find what works best for them. Above all, I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
