I've trained in Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems Therapy, which help me offer warm, trauma-informed care that meets you exactly where you are. I am passionate about helping people discover joy in life, and believe it is possible for anybody! My style? Casual, nonjudgmental, and yes - we might even share some laughs along the way!
