My name is Sarah Collett, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in anxiety, stress, PTSD, and trauma using principles from mindfulness, EMDR, and dialectical behavioral therapy. My approach to therapy is client-centered and strengths-based. I most frequently use DBT, CBT, and EMDR to assist clients in making healthy changes to the way they think and feel. EMDR therapy enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences.
