Now supporting individuals, couples, and families through difficult periods. I am a New York, Vermont, and Maine Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I've assisted individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, difficulty coping with change, and a variety of other ailments. In addition, I help couples seeking pre-marital therapy, or having difficulty in their current relationship and family. I welcome children and teens at my practice.
