About
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in behavioral health, supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. While working with me you can expect a safe place to be your authentic self. You can say what you need to say and feel how you need to feel without fear of judgment. As your therapist, I will be fully engaged in your treatment. I will provide active listening, work with you on identifying destructive thought patterns and teach you how to change the narrative. You will be heard. You will be validated. You will learn how to respond to stressful situations without looking back in regret for what you said or did. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Relational Therapy in my practice. I have chosen these approaches because I believe in identifying the root cause to get a better understanding of the "why." When we can understand the "why" we become more aware and capable of positive change.
