I am Sarah Cybulski, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment disorders, trauma, and grief. My goal is to ensure that all clients feel safe, heard, and supported while also being challenged to make positive changes and look forward to growth. I aim to help clients recognize and understand their whole selves, the impact of past and current life circumstances on their well-being, and work toward clarifying and planning future goals.
