I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Masters of Science in Counseling. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, and I use a variety of practices from attachment, experiential, and body-based modalities. Whether you feel stuck, lost, like your life is out of control, or you just want to get to know yourself better, therapy is the right place for you to be!
