I'm a licensed and board certified psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and trauma. I also work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I wholeheartedly believe that you are the expert of your life. My aim is to help you create the necessary changes while providing safety and connection in a collaborative relationship. I am invested in your recovery and my interest lies in helping you clearly identify and express your strengths, hopes, and values, which may have become lost amidst life's struggles. As a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist, I can help you or your loved one work towards full recovery. I've worked extensively with clients at various levels of care including residential, partial, and intensive outpatient providing individual, family, and group therapy. I am also an approved EMDR therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
