I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults to address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and loss, and family/relational difficulties. I also specialize in working with pregnant individuals during the perinatal period and have received Certification in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International. I utilize a person centered, strengths-based approach that incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Solutions Focused Therapy; Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness; and the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) Framework.
