At times, life can feel like you are out to sea in the middle of a storm- doing your best to steer the sail even when you cant control the wind. My goal is to help you find calm waters again. I work with children, young adults, and families who are navigating trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism) , family relationship challenges, and the unique experiences that come with foster care and adoption. I also specialize in helping young adults process their own unresolved childhood trauma that may be getting in the way of relationships or personal goals.
