Our stories are meant to be shared. You don’t have to hold it alone. My office is a safe space for exploring identity, navigating life’s transitions, and dealing with challenges. I am honored to walk with people through the struggles and the joys of leaning into who you are, and who you want to become. I have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, university counseling and private practice. I work with adults 18 and older with issues such as depression, bipolar disorder, thought disorders, anxiety, college and graduate school stress, life transitions, grief, identity development and family of origin concerns.
