Hello! I'm Sarah Dietzman. I'm a licensed professional counselor and have been in the mental health field for over 12 years and a counselor for 7 years. My approach to therapy is to help individuals increase their self-awareness and empower them to be their best selves. I work with all age groups but focus more on ages 15-65. I utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to therapy and will work with you to find what works best for you and your situation.
