I am passionate about helping you navigate life’s challenges to live authentically. As a mental health provider specializing in young adults, ages 18 to 30, I have experience working in residential treatment programs, inpatient treatment, and acute psychological care. My therapy style integrates CBT, DBT, and solution focused techniques to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, self-confidence, PTSD, bullying, relationships and trauma. I enjoy using a client-centered approach to create a non-judgmental and safe counseling environment.
