Aloha! My name is Sarah and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor living in Oahu. I practice from an integrated, humanistic approach to help patients curate and attain their unique goals. I utilize strength-based interventions with aspects of Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort that is most successful with a trusting therapeutic relationship and rapport.
