I believe the key to successful therapy is building a warm, trusting, and non-judgmental relationship where my clients feel seen and heard. Feeling safe to explore vulnerable thoughts and feelings is primary. It is through collaborative conversations that clients achieve a deeper understanding of themselves, which paves the way for meaningful change. Clients are drawn to therapy for many reasons. Some seek to address anxiety, depression, career or relationship issues. Others feel stuck in patterns that don't serve them or struggle to manage the ups and downs inherent in parenthood.
