Welcome, I am so happy you are here! My name is Sarah G. I have a Master’s in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling. In 2017, I returned to school to further my education. I gained the required mental health licenses and became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-I). I also have an Advanced Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (ACCTS) certification and have completed specialized trauma counseling training. I have over 13 years of experience in various capacities in the mental health field. I am dedicated to improving my therapy skills to support you better and needs. I specialize in a variety of modalities and techniques. I am certified in Trauma Interventions and Care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Somatic/Body-Based Sensitization, Brainspotting Phase 1 & 2 training, neurobiology, and mindfulness knowledge, among other techniques. I focus on understanding the person I serve, teamwork, & honesty.
