Welcome! I have a relational approach to therapy. I value the therapeutic power of the relationship between therapist and individual or couple and in my practice nurturing this relationship comes first. Honoring my clients is foundational. I have been described as warm, authentic, loyal, down to earth, and someone safe with whom to disclose deeper feelings. I attempt from the first session to hone in on my clients' strengths, listen deeply with genuine compassion, and hold my clients' story with value and reverence. I seek to facilitate the therapy office as a place where the inner self and wisdom of the client can safely emerge.
