I specialize in treating OCD, Anxiety, and associated mental health challenges for clients 18+. My practice uses CBT-based interventions including Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Habit Reversal Training. I enjoy clients who are considering taking on the challenge of treating their OCD or anxiety and are ready to see results. This can include folks struggling with perfectionism, athletic and performance anxiety, and specific phobias and fears. I enjoy supporting anxious clients to "cope ahead" and "outsmart their anxious thoughts" teaching from a more proactive stance to increase success.
